Dear Four Seasons,

Our house has a complete southern exposure. By adding the sunroom with glass upgrade, it filters in the summer but warms the kitchen in the winter without the glare. I don''t have to shovel to get to and into the hot tub! We almost always eat in the sunroom. Open the windows to cool, close and the sun can warm it up.

As an aside, a third floor window blew off during hurricane Floyd and shattered on the sunroom roof, but the sunroom didn''t break and suffered no damage.
